Casbeers, a tradition...

Casbeers is a friendly, neighborhood gathering place for families and friends.

Vintage Casbeers!    Built in 1932 by Newt Casbeer, the restaurant has been serving generations of families for over 60 years.   Casbeers was a full-service bar until Newt's daughter, Lucille, began making and selling her famous enchiladas in 1962.  Ever since, these enchiladas have been declared the best in San Antonio!

Steve Silbas and Barbara Wolfe took over Casbeers in February of 1999.  They proudly carry on the traditions started by the Casbeer family.  Today, Casbeers continues to serve the original-recipe enchiladas, burgers, steaks, nachos, and more.

Casbeers is proud to feature original live music on Friday and Saturday nights by local and regional singer/songwriters and musicians.

Casbeers logo and menu was designed by Clay Meyers, whose dad (Augie) brought him to Casbeers regularly ever since he was a tiny tot!  Clay now brings his son, Dylan, to the restaurant.
